Hazelnuts and Chocolate Spread – Homemade Nutella (Vegan & Gluten free)

Hello my sweet followers!

I hope you had a nice week and enjoyed the weekend 🙂

Yesterday, I was craving for some chocolate spread and decided to use the piedmont hazelnuts I bought during my Italian trip to prepare a hazelnut and chocolate spread. It is seriously very easy to prepare and you only need 2-3 ingredients and a good food processor, the hardest will be not to spoon the whole jar!!!!

It is of course vegan, egg free, dairy free and gluten free.

Makes 200 g of vegan hazelnut & chocolate spread.

How to proceed

In your food processor, put your hazelnuts and blend on low until a butter formed. In the meantime, melt your chocolate. Add the agave syrup in the hazelnuts (if you want), blend to mix, then pour the melted chocolate and blend until you have an homogeneous spread, and VOILA!! Spread it anywhere and e.n.j.o.y. 🙂
