Coconut and chocolate delights (vegan and gluten free)

Hello little fruits,

I hope you are enjoying life, spring, sun, nature, friends… and all that is given to you in general 🙂

I have always known that one should appreciate the present moment and be grateful for what we have, but in the daily life, when you run from early morning to late night to get things done and you have an endless “to do” list in your mind, it is hard to really stop a second, relax, take a deep breathe and just enjoy the minute. I am in the process of trying to do that more often, and I encourage anyone to try, it feels good, really. To help you, I came up with a quick and easy recipe, you will need 15 minutes to prepare these little vegan coconut and chocolate delights (or bites, or biscuits, or wannabe macaroons, as you want). So you can already have quarter of an hour for you to do nothing but mixing good ingredients, bake them and then the rest of the time you can just enjoy eating them 🙂

Talking more about these little gems, they are soft and moist, they taste the real thing of coconut (nothing like industrial coconut) and the little chocolate hat melts in your mouth…It is a bite of paradise 🙂

So, appreciate your time baking (as I have no doubt you will love the eating part!!!) and remember that life is short and that you should enjoy every little bits.

Here we go: vegan, egg free, dairy free and gluten free coconut and chocolate delights.


Makes 15


-120 g of shredded coconut

-20 g of coconut flour

-30 g coconut oil

-100 g of agave syrup

-100 g of dark chocolate, melted

How to proceed:

Pre-heat your oven to 180°C and prepare a baking sheet on a baking tray.

In a food processor, put the shtredded coconut and the coconut flour, blend to low speed, then add the coconut oil and agave syrup, blend to a low speed until you have an homogeneous dough. Scoop little balls and place them on the baking sheet on the baking tray, bake in the oven for 7 minutes. Cool down for 30min , then, using a spoon, pour some melted chocolate on the top of each ball, let it cool down for 1hour and VOILA!

15 petites bouchées coco-chocolat végétaliennes


-120 g de noix de coco râpée

-20 g de farine de noix de coco

-30 g d’huile de noix de coco

-100 g de sirop d’agave

-100 g de chocolat noir, fondu



Préchauffez votre four à 180°C et étaler du papier sulfurisé sur une plaque de cuisson.

Dans un robot culinaire (type blender), mettre la noix de coco râpée et la farine de noix de coco en mélangeant à une faible vitesse, puis ajouter l’huile de noix de coco et le sirop d’agave, mélanger à faible vitesse jusqu’à ce que vous ayez une pâte homogène. Former des petites boules et les placer sur la plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfurisé, faites cuire au four pendant 7 minutes. Refroidir pendant 30 minutes, ensuite, à l’aide d’une cuillere, verser du chocolat fondu sur le dessus de chaque bouchée, laisser reposer 1h et VOILA!
